| what size do you have to make it when you make the avvies? i have paint shop pro, would that work as well? |

I take any old picture, give it an ellipse(sp?) layer mask, colour it, give it text, then add the effects.
Once all that's been done, then I do Image Size and change the bigger dimenision to 100 pixels.
That makes it so it can be an avvie.
I use Photoshop CS, I'm not sure aboot Paintshop... |

My avatar was done in Paint Shop. I used 98X98 and added a border of 1 pixel which made it 100X100. I used Animation Shop for the boxes.
If you have version 8-10 then they are the best ones to use, I don't like using version 7. |

I decided to start making more of these... But this time, I know more about layering and filmstrip stuffis, so now they can be made better. That's how I made my current avvie
So if you want one made, just PM me the link to a pic and what you want done to it (Like what colouring and what type of filmstripping or if you want it to say something...

And, BTW this is long overdue, but Liz, I can't find a good picture of Eric Idle... The quality doesn't hafta be the best (Photoshop CS has the sharpening tool) but I just can't find one that would make a good avvie. Could you PM me a pic of him?
