This is my first contest but probably won't be my last. I was thinking about doing this every two weeks, that is if I get people posting on my contest. Anyway, this contest is going to be easy since it's my first (did I mention that?) and it will get more challenging as I start getting used to this.

I'll give you a picture constructed of items/phrases. The idea is to write a short story or poem with those items/phrases in it. Also, these items/phrases have a theme that ties them together with each other. You're supposed to incorporate the theme into the short story or poem. Doesn't sound hard now does it? Be as creative as you want to be. Now, I'll give you to October 15th to email me the short story or poem (emailing info below).

RULES
1. For easier reading please put items/phrases in bold
2. Please specify what the rating of your piece is
3. You must have ALL the items/phrases in your writing, if you don't then your piece is disqualified (no hard feelings)
4. Your piece may be any genre as long as it still incorporates the theme
5. You may submit a short story AND poem if you wish, but only one of each no more than that

I'm sure you're thinking "items are pretty easy to put into a story/poem but a phrase?" This is how phrases work. The example phrase is "shoot!"
Example: Mary shouted to Paul, "Shoot!" or Paul picked up his books thinking, 'Shoot! I left my homework in homeroom.' or even, The wind whirled around Paul as if saying to him, Shoot!

You may either email me at Spellofice@hotmail.com or pm me your piece of work.

This contests theme is...
Green (I know interesting)

In case you can not see the picture or can't really see what's on it here are the items/phrases..
1. The phrase "Be Delicious"
2. A bright green spiky bracelet
3. A olive green shoe with no heel
4. A pale green skirt

Prizes
1st - 100 pts. (it will get better after a few contests)
2nd - 50 pts. (sorry)

One last thing, font color or size does not matter to me as long as it's readable. Now, happy writing!
