Howdy! 'tis something i half-assed freestyled last night before i slept. I don't know why i write my poems in such an impulsive manner but oh to hell with it ^.^ Enjoy!
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I never saw the sun rise in my part of the world.
I never drank the cooling taste of amber burning in my tongue.
I never woke up to the haunting chattering of damned hotties nearby.
I never began to jot down a twinkling forever in my celestial page of phantasmagoria.
I never drew a picture that could launch a thousand artistic nincompoops.
I never loved a stranger I unfortunately did not know.
I never tricked my crush into grudgingly falling in love with the awesome ghost who is me. I may be lying but this IS my poem.
I never broke a promise. But i did break a finger. Your butterfinger.
I never told anyone how much i cry every night so I could smile for you the next day.
I never baked the starship cookies I once overheard you like.
But there is something that I won't say I never did...
I made blueberry waffles for you...
It's my favorite...
But you never really knew.
^^

i think that is one of the most heartwarmimg things i have ever ard, it was so sweet! your poem was so cute, i loved it lol. It is so painfully truthful that it is almost embarrasing, like watching your mum cry for the first time, it was almost uncomfortable to read but i loved it all the same for its bluntness. its like reading a friends diary, or hearing someone else confessing soemthing they had done, if you know what i mean lol. sorry, im waffling - LOVED IT! |
