Just thought I'd post this as an intro:

Title: The Undying (Clichéd, Working Title!)
Current Word Count: Well, it was 25,000 but I am starting again - 521 words.
How long have you worked on your novel?: Original? January. Current? A few days.
Description: More of a symbolic plot--but this is working into my writing without my permission! Sort of about a man who is blinded in a battle. He loses his companions when they flee and wakes up in a prison, the only words he hears for along time are the that of a man who begins to trust, but is deceived here and there... It's better than it sounds! I just can't word it!
What is one thing you like most about this piece?: The fact that anyone can relate to it, and that's not my overly-large ego creeping in.

****

So, anyone who reviews my work, be sure to leave the link to something of your own at the bottom of the post Razz

Currently, I am in the process of a rewrite since my preceding 25,000 words I wrote just irritated me at on look. It was just so tacky! I hope this one is a lot better, so I'll have to see. Well, after some brilliant/horrible critiques I decided my metaphor-mad 400 words-into-rewrite was just annoying, especially considering the first chapter. So, I am rewriting with action.

I'll help you. Not sure about how to post a link, though.
