Xinhua... points to anyone who can even find their story.* By the way, anyone carrying the banned Tibetan flag is under an automatic death sentence in China. This picture however, is not in China. Because I doubt there are that many news cameras in all of Tibet. If there were, Tibet would have been free in 1959... *Hint, they blame the Dalai Lama!
