Authors Note: This is my first since poetry post since my return of a *cough* two year hiatus, so bear with me Very Happy

I love you so much it hurts

my already screaming heart

foolish words

traveling through distant shores

and getting lost in my thoughts

I see you from afar,

the shadow behind my eye

the acid that creates my tears

my only chain to earth

wondering when you'll see

the words

that circle in my head like sick vultures

the sad play of my life

the ending unfinished and dusty

you scribble the last scene in invisible ink

and I'm desperate to see

what you're trying to say
