Hello my fellow YWS-ers!!!
This contest is quite simple--I want you to write me a short, romantic story, of no more than 5,000 words. It can be written in anyway, about anyone, as long as it is romantic. Also, try to keep the story PG-13, if you could. (Sex scenes would be highly unappreciated).
Okay, no one can submit more than two short stories. All submissions can be PMed directly to me. If they are already on the site, please PM me the link. Any questions or comments can be posted here. Feel free to PM me if you have a question, and want it answered ASAP.
This contest it open from December 26th, 2 in the morning, to Febuary 2nd, 2 in the morning. (Sadly, I am not brilliant enough to give you time zones...)
Ah, now for the best part. The prizes~~
--First Place--
-Half of whatever points I have at the time and as deep of a critique as I can muster--
--Second Place--
-Half of whatever points I have left after awarding first, and a semi-deep critique--
--Third Place--
-I cannot give an exact number of points, but I'll probably award you a few points, and a decent critique of your piece.-
--Everyone Else--
-Even if you don't place, I will critique your work just because I love reading romantic things, and because it will be fun. You will also get a great sense of accomplishment!  -
