(I'm doing this for English, but I'm not sure it's right. Could someone help me out.)
Formal Outline
Introduction
Introduction:(Thesis) Switching from Europe to America during the 1950’s abstract expressionism helped make America a major field for art and influenced artists of the modern day.

| I think it's good, but I'm not so sure about the introduction part. I don't think those are in real outlines, but I'm not sure. Maybe if you called it "plot overview" or something, but I think "Introduction" is a misleader |

| My teacher is very strange and that's how she wants it. Over all it seems like I did what she asked and was exeptible over all. i guess i got a little parinoied because this paper counts as 100% as our first 5 weeks and 40-50% over all for the marking period. Any way, thanks you two for looking at it. |

Introduction is fine. If you wanted to get picky, you could do it like this:
But, as long as it's all indented correctly (which I know you can't do on the board), you should be fine. Good luck!! |

I just wonder if Introduction and Body are listed separately because that's what your teacher requires? I've always done:
I.Intro
A. Thesis
II. First topic of discussion
A. sentence one
B. sentence two
III. Second topic
A.
B.
etc. and included the introduction with the rest of the outline. And do you have a conclusion? Because it just kind of ends after Pollock.
But in all, like snap said, looks good  |
