Are the names of chapters included in the word count? If so, then I have hope. All my chapters begin with, "In which..." Rolling Eyes Thus I have, "In which Lissa's injuries are realized" which is nice and long.

Sumi, I hate you... >< And yes, Twit! Count chapter titles. ^_^ If you go to the NaNo Forum you can find a list of all the things to count in your word count.

You know, there is a way to shut that off.

Honestly, if you do keep editing, you won't finish. Trust me.

2,960, I've probably spent about two and a half hours on it, a big chunk last night and the rest split up in little bits whenever I could get on at college.

I'm going to get 5-6k by tonight, even if it kills me. *is very determined*

Agh, I'm only at 50! [well, I've only been writing for a few minutes, too...] And if you don't want to see red, then type in Notepad instead of Microsoft Word. Then you won't be as tempted to check your wordcount every five seconds too Wink
