Hey! Can any of you guys tell me about wine production and how Bacteria is used in it. It's for my Biology project at school so if you've got any websites that you think would be a good idea please, please, please help! Very Happy

How much information do you need? Here's a general overview -

Wine is produced by fermenting crushed grapes using various types of yeast (bacteria) which consume the sugars found in the grapes and convert them into alcohol. Various varieties of grapes and strains of yeasts are used depending on the types of wine produced.
