Just made a few changes to the layout. One, I got rid of the "Quote of the Week" feature since that was turning into "Quote of the Month." However, I may bring it back as a random quote feature.

Two, I got rid of the listing of the top 5 user points. It's no longer necessary and it makes no sense to have it anymore as points are not used to determine member of the month now.
