So, what web browser do you think is the best? Doesn't necessarily have to be the one you're using.

Internet Explorer definitely. Safari is the only other one I've ever used, (school lab) and it pretty much bites. I just don't like it.

Wow, I didn't even know there were that many different browsers. Rolling Eyes

I like Internet explorer over Mozilla because it looks cleaner somehow, and more like you actually on the internet.

Oh gee, that didn't make any sense. Rolling Eyes

Anyway, Internet Explorer.

Actually, I really liked IE 5.0... and I like IE6 a little less, and I absolutely hate IE7.

I prefer Firefox, even though I use IE6.

But of course, here at YWS, my first choice is Pat Buchanan 2.1 Very Happy

IE has so much spyware and stuff with itt. It's made by Microsoft people. Microsoft made IE so think Firefox better as it's not got Microsoft over ya shoulder.

Those who have voted internet explorer must have never used the totally free, secure and much more compatible firefox at http://www.firefox.com

Internet Explorer has little security, it is prone to many, many activeX controls, trojan horses, nasty tracking cookies which could lead to people losing information such as credit card details. Its also very cheap and tacky, not allowing users to customise the interface or the operability.

Firefox is constantly being developed by a team of volunteers. They pinpoint any problems and fix them immediatley. You can add alsorts of whistles and bells to firefox such as custom themes - itunes tool bar, ebay companion without the hassle like in internet explorer.

Those who have said IE is better I'd like them to try out firefox, the safer way to browse the web.

I personally use Opera, but only because ... it's there LOL. I dont like IE anymore, and for the brief time that I tried Firefox I liked it but I dont think my computer did much. Never heard of the rest of them, so not being able to make an adequate judgement I chose Pat Buchanan Wink
