UPDATE

I have almost all of the entries read (one more to go, I believe?) though I'm also waiting on links from two people who entered. Hopefully I won't have to discount their entries simply because of lack of links. ^^;

On a note: I'm judging based on the writing, the creativity with how you remade the myth, and how much you stuck to the myth, or drifted away from it.

Best of luck to all ^_~ I should have the results out by at the latest Tuesday.

RESULTS

Well, first let me say I'm terribly sorry for the outrageous delay. Because of that, I'm going to up the prizes so that you do not feel so cheated by my slow manner. haha.

The first place winner gets five six in depth critiques from me on anything of their choice, and 1,000 1,500 points.

For second place, three four in depth critique from me and 500 750 points.

Third place gets one two in depth critique, and no points. (no points for 3rd either way :p)

Also, a note, I judged both on writing skill, and on the creativity of the piece. So, the best written may not have been the first I chose.

First place: Areida with Hail Mary.

Second Place: Jiggity with To Escape a Dream.

Third Place: Sokool15 with The Princess and the Peoplie.

Congrats to all! Again, sorry I was so darn slow! I suppose that's why I shouldn't do contests! If you could PM me the links to what you want critiqued, I would appreaciate it. Very Happy

Thanks to all entries!
