Ok, so I post a quote and whoever can tell me, by posting on this topic, which character from which book said it will get 50 points. I may reconsider the reward but I am planning to make this an on-running contest, so I'll keep it low to avoid running out of points.

Also, if anyone has any ideas for decent quotes, post me them and I may put them on here.

I'll start easy:

"Sucks to your ass-mar"

Oh, and please don't be too good at this, I'd like to keep some points. If necessary I'll make them progressively harder.

I should probably avoid GCSE texts.

"If it brings me humanity, that will be worth it. If it doesn't, it will bring an end to striving and that will be worth it, too."

A tad harder.

You're too good at this. I've just realised that people can use google to get the answers, I'll just have to trust you.

Haha. I love quotes. This one, however, I don't know. Lord of the flies I know like 99.9% of, and the Bincentennial Man I know from the movie--watching it 982384728347 times. BUT..i have no idea what this one is from.

THe previous one still stands, but it's a little hard so here's another to keep you busy.

Only the author and book are needed for this one:

"So it goes."

Jenna was quicker than me. Although I'll nick the author with the late Kurt Vonnegut.

That is impossible. These are too obscure!

Obviously I don't expect you to post things like: "What about second breakfast?" or "If you were waiting for the oppotune moment, that was it" but "yellow" is too vague!!!!!!

What about (forgive me if I'm overstepping my position here) this one: "This is tedious, really tedious! I thought you said we were going to have some fun!"

You've gotta pic quotes that someone beside yourself has heard of. Please don't think that this is sour grapes because I don't get the ones you've put up. Very Happy I'm not that bad a loser, so sorry if I'm rising above my usual level of denseness, and everyone else is getting these quotes.

I kind of have to agree on "Yellow"...it's not like it's an uncommon 'word'. Maybe if it had more around it?? But....good luck finding someone to get this one.
