3,088 as of last night. I haven't gotten a chance to start in on it yet today... I'm hoping to break at least 5,000 before I go to bed tonight and breaking 6,000 would be wonderful.

Okay, yesterday I only reached 927 (eep).

However, I'm doing much better today. I've only been writing for a few minutes, and I already have a third of what I wrote yersterday (about 300). I have finally killed the editor inside of me and dumped his body in a river.

Of course, the stuff I've written today isn't at the same quality as yesterday, but I'm writing at a much faster rate (which is what I really need for NaNoWriMo - I can edit in December).

Awesome, I no longer feel alone in my lowly word count, Sureal.

I'm at 835...

1,800, which is what I had aimed to do in a single day, not two Wink. Meh, I don't have enough time, and keep on getting dragged away from my writing to help my brother fix his game.

Meh, I'll make up for it over the weekend (should have lottsa free time then).

6,276 currently, but I don't think I'm done for the day. But even if I am, I'm happy. I've averaged 3,000 words a day which really rocks.

Currently, I'm a little worried that I may run out of plot, but I think that's just becuase I'm at the beginning and the word count seems small. It start lengthingly out once I'm actually into the plot and not just setting things up.

7199 so far, but I hope to write another 1k tonight to break 8000. You know what really made that last 1k fly by? Candy. I gave myself an M&M everytime I wrote one-hundred words. Ten M&Ms, a thousand words? Yummy. Very Happy

Wow, Jack. Just wow. O.O

And the second day has just ended, and the third has started Cool.

I've setup Microsoft Works Spreadsheet so that I can put in my daily word count, and it'll tell me what my total word count it, how many words I have to go, and how much word debt (ie. how far behind/ahead of my target).

So far I have a total word count of 2091, and a word debt of 1437 (eep, must catch up!).

^ I believe I'm using the same thing, Sureal--dead useful!

I'm done writing for the night. Final word count at the end of day two? 9,646. That makes me awesomely happy. I could, of course, do the extra three-hundred some words left to get to 10k, but I'll finish up in the morning. Besides, I just finished chapter two, and I don't want to start a new one at the end of a writing session.

Work was steady today, so I didn't get to write a lot. Sad

5676.

*is proud*

The day's not over yet, either. I have a feeling I won't be able to write much in the next two days, so I need to get as much written as I can, even if it means staying up into the wee hours of the morning. Hey, I have tomorrow off.

3927 as of day 2.

I have to reach 5001 by midnight tonight. Well, something that can be said for doing NaNo in first person diary form is that angst gets the word count up. After all, it doesn't have to be good.

Hehe. I have a calander thing with how many words I need each day where I can write how many I acutally got. I coloured it in all bright and colourful. It occurs to me now that maybe I should have spent the colouring time making a plot.
