On your post, there should be a little button that says "edit" to your right. Just click that and then you should be able to edit. Smile

Under preferences, I have "yes" selected to always allow HTML and BBCodes, but they are turned off for my signature. How do I turn them on?

Why do I lose points when I post a reply in a Storybook?

Go to My YWS, and its under over Preferences. I think that you can turn them off and on there.

Panic! I cannot find the place where I can change my favorites on my profile. Is it under "Edit Profile?" I can't find it there. Help!

Click 'My YWS'. It's under 'My Personal Info'. Smile

I don't know if this has been asked, but...

How can I change my rank? I've been Speaker of the Forum for quite a while, and I'm seeing these Writers of Legend and Epic Novelists and Masters of the Forum all around YWS. How have they gotten those ranks?

Thanks for answering!

Get a thousand posts, I think! Then you'll get a higher rank. I think Writer of Legend happens when you have more than five thousand posts. The next one is at 10,000 posts, but that's only known to the admins, at this point. However, that's less than 1500 to go for me, so hopefully we'll all know soon enough. Smile

Yeah... just keep posting! It only depends on post count.

Ah, okay, thanks! I just got confused, because in the FAQ in this very Welcome forum, it says that after 250 posts you could change the rank. ??

949th post! Wink

//Edit: I just realized it probably means changing the custom title.

Oh-kay then, what about font, colour and size tags? Are we allowed those?

Please proof-read your posts. While "aloud" is technically correct, the word you meant to use is "allowed."

If you go to My YWS ->> My Personal Info, you will see the edit signature area. To the left of the edit signature area, you will see what is not allowed. Anything not listed is allowed.
