I've decided to once again rework the ads. There is now one displayed on every page. If that's annoying, let me know. I probably won't move it, but I can change the color so it blends in.

I've also gotten rid of ads everywhere else. There is no longer an ad in the middle of the front page or at the end of the index pages. If you're not logged in, you'll continue to see ads displayed after the first and last post in topics.
