About Samp

Samp (a.k.a. Jerald) hails from Singapore, a highly urbanized Southeast Asian island country off the southern tip of the Malay Peninsula. Being a good 137KM north of the equator, it brings about much warmth for him, although not very much appreciated as he thought he would whenever there are cold nights.

He serves as a student in secondary school and struggles much with his academics, although an aspiring writer and undeniably fan of most forms of RPGs, be it written or a video game.

He is known for his love of maps and cartography alike, and is much enthusiastic about the creation of maps or world-building projects.

A most indecisive person he is though, a single decision oftentimes taking him several long minutes to ponder over, and he frowns upon such himself.

It had a perfectly round door like a porthole, painted green, with a shiny yellow brass knob in the exact middle. The door opened on to a tube-shaped hall like a tunnel: a very comfortable tunnel without smoke, with panelled walls, and floors tiled and carpeted, provided with polished chairs, and lots and lots of pegs for hats and coats—the hobbit was fond of visitors. The tunnel wound on and on, going fairly but not quite straight into the side of the hill —The Hill, as all the people for many miles round called it—and many little round doors opened out of it, first on one side and then on another.
