Hey guys, I just thought I'd ask your wordly wisdom on what play to begin wriring, as I'm unsure which idea to go for. I've narrowed it down to four:

1) CRACK: The tale of a group of drug addicts and their battle to overcome their addiction. It looks at their past, their reasons for drugs and their look on life. Occasionally funny but I would say it is very though-provoking.

2) Boio": The story of a mining family in the Welsh family. A large family, each with their own specific problem that seems impossible to overcome. A bit of everything in this really- comedy, drama, etc. Still in early stages of brainstorming though.

3) Helping Hand: A group of people volunteer for the "Happy Helpers" community program- set up to reach out to people who rarely venture out of their home. Although after meeting the helpers, it's a question of who really needs help! Comdey-uplifting

4)How far I'd go: A ruthless actress climb to the top. Dark comedy.

So, what d'ya think? Tell me if they all sound awful, lol. I'd appreciate any comments thanks!

My favourite of them would have to be Boio. CRACK and Helping Hand sound too overtly uplifting and inspirational with the lesson in mind. And as for How Far I'd Go, theatre about an actor doesn't really strike me as a good idea. But to be perfectly honest, we can't tell you what to write. You should expolre any idea that interests you and means something to you.

I liked Boio too. The others sound a bit too contrived.

The actress thing sounds cool. Like... Phantom of the Opera, except without the handsome Gerard Butler.

And it sounds like you can have a BLAST with it. Especially if it were a storybook... ooo...

Thanks for all your comments so far, and I realise how cheesy Helping Hands now sounds. Reicheru, I hear what you say about choosing what I want myself but I honestly can't pick one. So, I thought I'd leave it all to you.

Boio is the one that appeals to me the most. But of course it's up to you.
By the way, did you know Gazza is the name of one of the greatest footballers from England?
