My first entry:
Geraniums in Cairo

In a bit, I'll sit down to write the other two, they'll be in the same thread. But first, make sure I didn't violate any of the rules. The story is about the man and the woman and the girlfriend and the argument, but none of them are explicitly mentioned... Unless the prompt means you can't actually have any of those people in the story or the argument for that matter- if that's the case, I have a different idea...

If I don't get at least three more submissions in three days, I'll have to extend the contest, which, given my current schedule (which includes classes, homework, a job, a radio show, a newspaper editor, and play practice every night), I don't really want to do.

Hurry Hurry Hurry! And remember: you can submit up to three items.

I looked over them, and they're all lousy. The hair one could be interesting, and it isn't horrible, but I decided to challenge myself.

For prompt #1(Describe an argument between a man and his wife. Do not mention the man, his wife, the girlfriend, or the argument), here it is!

How the Dog Saw it

Ooooh, a writing challenge! Good luck to all, even though it's a little late, lol!

Heres the entry I have come up with. http://www.youngwriterssociety.com/post427461.html#427461 Sorry if it's late, but my clock says it is 9:32 P.M., September 19.
