Does anyone know what the condition is called where your neck muscles spasm? All i know is, I have it, and no one helps me with it.

It may be acute torticollis...which is like a charlie horse in your neck?

Try using a heating back on your neck or some Icy Hot. If it gets to bad you should see a chiropractor or your doctor...but be careful because stuff like that can be a symptom for menengitis. Is it coupled with a fever? Check with your doctor soon.

Best of Luck

I agree with yatta, here is supporting proof

What is Acute Torticollis?
Torticollis comes from two Latin words: torti (twisted) and collis (neck). Acute torticollis is a condition sometimes called wry neck. It is a painful muscle spasm in the neck, similar to having a charlie horse in your leg. A person will often awaken with acute torticollis after spending the previous day outdoors in the wind or having slept with an open window that brought a cool draft into the bedroom. Acute torticollis is a temporary condition that normally takes approximately two weeks to resolve.

hope that helped
