|
|
Be aware, these questions are both notorious and random.
Answer to the best of your ability, and hope it's good enough, because if it isn't, you might not live to worry about it, so everyones happy!
I guess I can pick a winner judging on the answers.
1.If I sent you to look for yourself at twelve o'clock, and you returned as yourself arrived, but not before you left at one o'clock , should I keep you here or there, and will yourself return before you leaves?
2.Does 2+2=4, all the time, and in every possible way?
3.If
1.~all ravens are black
then by the law of implication
2~Anything which is not black, is not a raven.~
Where 2 is true, then 1 must be true.
correct?
and the statement
'Roses are red ( and therefore NOT a raven)' (sorry, I like roses more than apples...)
Therefore, is the sight of a red rose, not proof that anything which is not black is not a raven?
Is there anything other than ravens which is truly truly black!?
4.What can you give to someone, yet still keep yourself?
5.(the most difficult)
If
A states that- things that are equal to the 'same' are equal to each other
and
B states that-the two sides of the triangle are things that are equal to the 'same'.
Then Hypothetically
Z- the two sides of the triangle are equal.
However, I accept both A and B to be true, yet I do not accept Z as true.
Is it possible to logically force me to accept Z, through other hypotheses?
Okay, my mind officially hurts now. |

1. I cannot answer this. Time travel is against my religion.
2. No. Proof: 2+2=7.
3. That is incorrect. Your odd, run-on wording just made my brain go black.
4. Love.
5. I'm sure it is, but my mind hurts too much to do it myself. |

1. Yes.
2. No. 2+2=22. Duh.
3. Why do you assume that ravens are black? Just because Edgar Allen Poe says so doesn't mean it's so. But if a raven ran into black magic, would the raven say "Never more. Never more." or "Nice to see you again."?
4. Life.
5. Measure the triangle. |

1. Yes.
2. No.
3. Huh? Whatcha talking about?
4. Your name. Duh.
5. What? My brain hurts. |

Well no promising answers so far.
Three of them are classics after all.
Why not try a little research? |

1. You would probably find that two blind men in the middle of the night, but got up to start a fight. Back to back they faced each other, drew their swords and shot each other. Somewhere in that equation I would arrive, laden with leaves and mud in my hands and say, in a weary and exasperated tone
'Will you please tell Huge Grant to stop stealing golf balls from the driving range?'
2. I am that second mouse.
3. What item of clothing does every house have? A-dress.
4. A hand.
5. Aha- but if everything is water....what are we? |

1.If I sent you to look for yourself at twelve o'clock, and you returned as yourself arrived, but not before you left at one o'clock , should I keep you here or there, and will yourself return before you leaves? ~ You should keep me there.
2.Does 2+2=4, all the time, and in every possible way? ~Not if the twos are negative
3.If
1.~all ravens are black
then by the law of implication
2~Anything which is not black, is not a raven.~ ~It could be an albino raven, I suppose. Or a ghost Raven. Or Twit's Raven, which is a different matter entirely.
Where 2 is true, then 1 must be true.
correct? ~No
and the statement
'Roses are red ( and therefore NOT a raven)' (sorry, I like roses more than apples...)
Therefore, is the sight of a red rose, not proof that anything which is not black is not a raven?
Is there anything other than ravens which is truly truly black!? ~No. Ravens are the original black. Every other dark-colored thingy is just a poser.
4.What can you give to someone, yet still keep yourself?
Anger, hate, love, hope, freedom, boogers, dirt...
~There is no logic about it. |

1.If I sent you to look for yourself at twelve o'clock, and you returned as yourself arrived, but not before you left at one o'clock , should I keep you here or there, and will yourself return before you leaves?
If you sent me to look for myself, I would assume you were crazy and wouldn't return at all.
2.Does 2+2=4, all the time, and in every possible way?
No. Using linear algebra, you can define addition however you wait, and if I make addition so that I add one to all my regular sums, then it won't work. Besides, even without that sort of trick, you can always set the bases different so that it won't add right no matter what.
If you want an example in reality:
2 hours + 2 minutes = 122 minutes.
So therefore, 2+2=/=4.
3.If
1.~all ravens are black
then by the law of implication
2~Anything which is not black, is not a raven.~
Where 2 is true, then 1 must be true.
correct?
and the statement
'Roses are red ( and therefore NOT a raven)' (sorry, I like roses more than apples...) Therefore, is the sight of a red rose, not proof that anything which is not black is not a raven? Is there anything other than ravens which is truly truly black!?
Where 1 is true then 2 is true. You can't make an assumption the other way around, otherwise it's false. And the red rose is not proof that anything which is not black is not a raven. It simply means roses are red and are thusly not ravens. We don't know if there is anything else is black or not, besides ravens.
4.What can you give to someone, yet still keep yourself?
As long as you don't sell yourself to the person, you can pretty much give anything you want to that someone.
Is it possible to logically force me to accept Z, through other hypotheses?
...um, what?
Given:
A. Things that are equal to the "same" are equal to each other.
B. The two sides of the triangle are things that are equal to the "same."
Hypothesis: The two sides of the triangle are equal.
So... um... you really can't accept Z through another hypothesis because the hypothesis *is* Z. |

Yes snoink, but I simply refuse to accept Z as true, although it makes sense that I should.
I'm asking YOU if it's possible to make me...
Your question 2 was adequate.
and I was surprised that you actually tried to answer the others, (they are answerable BTW)
although I'm afraid you FAILED the others. |

1. I will return after I leave, and you will keep me nowhere. I looked for myself, found myself, then, because "myself" is part of me, we return at the same time.
2. No, because you can switch it to base threee, which would make 2+2=11.
3. What if I "accidentally" dropped a raven into a vat of red dye and turned it red? It would still be a raven, but isn't black anymore.
4. You can give them part of a whole, like giving them half of a sandwhich. You can also give anything that isn't a material object, but still a noun. I can give freedom to a slave, yet keep it myself.
5. No, because you're a psychopathic non-conformist who has no brains whatsoever. If you were a logically thinking human being, you would sumbit to the proof that has already been presented. |

1. I am, therefore I will be both here and there, and before and after I leave.
2. Let's substitute 2 for time: Time = 2.
Since time = money, then: Money = 2.
And since I have neither,
Time+Money=0
or
2+2=0
3. Well what if I have a black rose? Does that prove that it is not a raven? Well of course, it's a rose, not a raven. But if I have a black [x], then it could quite possibly be a raven - but since all ravens are black, (any other color) [x] cannot possibly be a raven.
4. Happiness (it's contagious).
5. It seems to me that you accept
A = True
B = True
Logically, therefore, A+B=True, since there would be no other value for it.
If you accept A, and you accept B, together they essentially make hypothesis Z.
A+B=Z, so Z=True. |

I'll give you psychopathic and non conformist, but no brains?
Really, the question is deeper and more crazy than it seems.
Essentially, it mocks the theory of logic.
I'll wait for a few more before showing you the 'answers'
Thunder dude, also fails.
Sezpez is close second, but I believe snoik is in first place, for answering one correctly. |
