With reviews and stuff it isn't nice to be harsh to people. I'm new so i don't know if my opinion on this will be too valid but what you should say is how someone could improve their work and maybe make it better.

If you do want people to be harsh, then before each story or poem just say that you would like the reviewers to be harsh and they most likely will.
