Howdy everyone. I haven't done a contest thingy in a while and I was just looking at the YWS Blog when I saw the "Oneword" post. Check it out when you can, 'cause I got the idea from there.
Anyhow, here's the deal. I am going to post a few words which you have to use one of them to create a poem, picture, or a story. The word has to be used at least four times but no more than six and the piece must be about the word; obviously. This is excluded for poetry, as it would make it pretty loony. Oh, and it has to be a newly submitted piece, please and there isn't really a word limit.  Oh, and one post per person.
Okay, so here are your words;
- Mud
- Jellyfish
- Pizza
- Serendipity
- Rose
- Paint
- Alive
- Hypocrite
- Moose
Okay, you can only use one word, and one word only, so don't go sneaking any other in. Good luck and either post the link to your work here, or send me them in a PM.
Note; This contest is now closed, but if you feel you would really like to enter, please PM me your piece before Friday 23rd May and I will be able to judge in time. Any pieces after this time will not be accepted. Expect the results to be posted some time Saturday; excuse my slowness. It's all exams my way at the minute. |

You must use the word four times?
Perhaps that could be changed, for poetry? If your poem is only fifty or so words, and for of those words are the same, it wouldn't be a very good poem. ^^, |
