Sorry, I am currently not open for more reviews!
What I critique:
-Poetry [of all kinds]
-Historical Fiction
-Other Fiction
-Romance
-Scripts/Plays
What I don't normally critique:
-Lyrics
-Fantasy Fiction
-Science Fiction
-Art
*If you have something under the "don't" category but would like a critique anyway, ask for it, but I cannot make any promises that you will receive a critique. If you do receive a critique, it may be a bad one.
What I'm good at:
Fiction
--Dialogue
--Character Development
--Grammar
Poetry
--Imagery
--Metaphor
--Flow
Script/Plays
--Format
--Realistic Dialogue
Example Critiques
Fiction: 1
Poetry: 1 2
*If there is a review you think I should show as an example, please PM me!
In Return
It isn't required that you critique me in return, but in case you would like to, here are some things I would appreciate comments on:
-The Party Killers
-Chance of Snow P1
God Still Loves You (1) [as well as the rest of the story]
Do not critique me until after you receive your critique! You are critiquing me in payment form, and as such, I should not receive a critique until you have received yours.
To Request a Critique
If you would like a critique, just post here! I would appreciate it greatly if you included the link. In fact, you have more of a chance of receiving the critique if you post a link with it. If there is something specific to the work you would like me to comment on (plot flow, character development, etc.) then let me know here. If you would like a copy edit rather than a full critique, say for an English paper or something, I can do that as well.
Chances are most critiques will get done on the weekend. It may take me a while for me to get to your critique, and if you do not receive it in a few weeks, please do not post here or PM me about it. If you have posted here, unless otherwise mentioned, you will receive your critique!
I will periodically make posts about what I have critiqued, but otherwise I may not reply in this thread. If you have any questions/comments then PM me. |

I'd love one on this if you get a chance;
http://www.youngwriterssociety.com/topic28675.html?sid=8ece2723d68014ddaa8c40a20da77eff
I'd be only too happy to return the favour. Just PM me with a link if there's anything I can look at for you, but I think I'm a better poetry critic than a prose critic. |

I'd LOVE a review on this...

Really; your critiques are amazing. O.o
It seems you have many in-depth reviews on the pieces you showed us you'd like more on. If you still want more, let me know, and I will critique on of them (whichever you'd prefer.) If you have a fresher piece, I'd also be willing to do that. I just feel I'll be echoing people at this point.
Thanks!

I noticed that your boutique looked a bit empty... and I happen to have posted something yesterday that hasn't gotten any reviews yet (probably due to my lack of activity lately).
Raincatcher -- Part One
Thank you so very much!

Bonjour Suzanne!
I just started this, and it's pretty raw. It's in the "other fiction" section, because I wasn't positive if it was romance-based enough to be put in that section. And could you be really harsh, ripping off the stories head with your teeth, chew it, spit it out and then whack it with a broom? That would be great.
It's the first part of hopefully others, and I saw hopefully because I have a tendency not.. to.. finish... things. But this plot has promise! It's called "You're on in Five." Here's the link:

Thanks a billion! |

Hi Suzanne!
Your critique on part one of Raincatcher was so awesome that I've come back asking for a repeat act on part two. Seriously, I have to say that I was feeling kind of depressed about that story until I got your review, when I realized "yeah -- it's got kinks, but it's not THAT bad."
So thank you so much. I will try to get you back as soon as possible. ^_^
