|
|
Before shipping, the Journal must be printed. This can take 3 to 5 days. For me, it took 3 days.
The Journal ships from Rochester, New York.
International Orders: Unless you feel like paying $50 for Express, then the only option is Standard, which costs about $5.50 to $6. Standard means about two weeks to three weeks for delivery, depending on where you live. If Canada, then most likely a lot less. If UK, probably two weeks. If Australia, probably three weeks. This can still differ a lot though. For instance, if you live in Cooktown or Darwin, then it could be as long as five weeks. But the closer you live to Sydney or Melbourne, the better for you.
United States: If you live in the United States, then you can order either USPS Media Mail (~$3.25) or Priority Mail (~$5.50). The difference is that media mail will be delivered in 2 to 9 days. Priority is 2 to 3 days.
If you live close to New York state (New England, mid-Atlantic, or Ohio), then go for the media mail. It's cheaper, and likely to arrive in 2 to 3 days. However, it's not guaranteed. For me, I live in Maryland and it came in two days after manufacturing. But again, it's not guaranteed.
If you live far from New York state or want it guaranteed, then go with priority. The US postal service guarantees 2 to 3 day delivery on this. Go with media mail if you don't want to pay much for shipping and don't mind waiting just a bit longer.
For the United States, do not go with anything other than media or priority mail! You can of course, but you'd be paying more than you should. |

Nah, I'm in Arizona and I got mine today too! Although Arizona is slightly closer. But still, if not today than definitely Monday.

| If you ordered it Saturday, it's probably still in the manufacturing phrase right now. I'd expect it either this coming Friday or Saturday (although, I'm not sure if those are Federal Holidays or not). |

I'm not sure how it works in the United States, but here in the UK, Easter Monday is a Bank Holiday and thus no post/mail is delivered.
I think it might the same, and therefore Lulu probably hasn't taken this into account and your journal should arrive tomorrow. Have some patience, it will be there soon |

No, today isn't a holiday in the U.S....at least, not according to my calendar, which just says it's a holiday in Canada.
It says "arrival at unit," which I assume means my house, but it's not here. o.o The UPS doesn't deliver at noon time like the mail does, so I guess it could show up at any random time.
I just hope they don't need my signature for it, 'cause I have to work 12-6 today and 12-4 tomorrow...and no one else will be home to sign it. |

It's the post office. You don't sign for it. I didn't when mine came. It's not the big brown truck either. *Gives Fantasy a Cookie*
It'll get there. The 7:03 might mean when it got to the post office. |
