Ian sighed as he finished wrapping his arm, "Some people." He stood up and turned as he heard the howling of wolves. He cursed under his breath as he heard foot steps getting closer bracing himself, but around the corner came running a boy and a girl. They both ran right into him.

"Move, I have to get out of here!" yelled the boy, but Ian held him back by the caller, "Let go!"

"Grab onto me." He told the girl and she held him tight. Ian then threw the boy over his shoulder and he jumper up to the roof tops just as the were wolves rounded the corner and began swearing. "Are you two okay?"

Ashe-

It was pretty obvious Issau was out of it. Something must have happened, but what? Questions whirled in Ashe's mind as she helped her friend back to their loft. They were about halfway home when they turned a corner and spotted the wolf pack blocking the street. The pack seemed to be surrounding a building but they quickly turned towards Ashe and Issau, once they caught their scent. Ashe stiffened as she saw blood-lust in the wolves eyes.

Ashe glanced warily over at Issau the other girl was still shakiy from whatever had happened, but it was obvious she could still hold her own in a fight. Shifting so that the wolves wouldn't see her, Ashe lifted three fingers and jerked her head at the building that had occupied the pack. Issau nodded and closed her eyes, expecting what was about to happen.

Jumping to the left Ashe flung a whip of white hot lightning at the pack. The werewolves reflexes were too good for her to actually hit them. But the bright light blinded them, by the time they could see again The pair were already to climbing the building. With one last leap they jumped onto the roof and stared at the other people crouched their.

Almost as if it had been rehearsed they all spoke at once. "Who are you?"

" Jesus...." Red shivered and looked at the two people that saved him.
" Stay away..." Red said in fear and then looked at the wolfs down below.
" No..." Red gasped and then before the two could react, Red took a running leap across a huge gap to another building. He looked over and saw it was a 15 foot gap!
" Wow..." Red laughed and then saw one of the wolfs tilt their heads.
" Stay with those two, We don't need witnesses..." The wolf growled and looked at Red." I'll get him."
Red then saw the wolf jump in a window of the building...and come out of the floor of the roof! Red was backed at the ledge.
" Just stand still Red..." The wolf chuckled and then jumped...But he was swiped at with a huge claw. The wolf looked up and smiled." Well...It finally happened."
Red looked at his arms as they began to grow hair...and he suddenly fell to the ground on all fours and began to tremble as the hair grow on him...Until he looked like a wolf.
" Welcome brother..." The wolf chuckled...until Red looked at the wolf with his eyes. They weren't Red or black, they were the same eye color as Red had before...Yellow eyes.
Red jumped at the wolf.

At virtually the same second that Red jumped, the building decided that it had had enough.

The walls heaved, the floors buckled, and all those on the rooftop (or in the air near it) were trapped by a thick net of what seemed to be tar that had seeped out of the building itself.

Through the choking dust and strands of melted skyscraper a neat bundle full of creatures was now visible, suspended over the mounting chaos in the streets below.

"Enough." The streets breathed, the winds sighed, and the rafters groaned, "Help this city heal, find the poison within us." The words faded away into the midnight sky, barely illuminated by the now-flickering bulbs of the nearby streetlights which now formed a cage around the cache of strangers.
