Requirements: A story in the second person of exactly 100 words (I'm feeling a touch sadistic...) Any theme. Alternatively, you can do a villanelle in the second person, also any theme. The first line and third line in each stanza must rhyme. In case you don't know, a villanelle goes like this:
Line one
line two
line three
line four
line five
line one
line six
line seven
line three
line eight
line nine
line one
line ten
line eleven
line three
line twelve
line thirteen
line one
line three
(In the last stanza line twelve must rhyme with lines one and three)
Closing Date: April 9th
Submissions: Please PM all entries to me.
Prizes: First prize: 5 reviews or 100 points
Second Prize: 3 reviews or 50 points
Third prize: 1 review or 25 points
Note: For the purposes of this competition, I only review poetry. |
