*Okay this is my first time doing a storybook so sorry if I do it wrong*
Plot: The world Aythel was long ago protected by a race of half-gods. They fought against evil, nurtured the world, and all that stuff. Since they were only half-gods their powers were limited, hard to control. They were long lived, but not immortal.
But eventually some of the half-gods got fed up with protecting the people of Aythel without getting anything in return. They formed alliances and plotted together, eventually succeeding in destroying the half-gods that stood against them. With no one left to oppose them, they took over the world, and named their organization Kraya.
To stop rebellion Kraya destroyed anything that had to do with the half-gods, and forbid anyone to speak of them on pain of death. But the stories continued, of brave heroes and kind champions, passed down in fearful whispers. From mother to child, and from that child to their children, and on down the generations, hope remained.
Since then a thousand years have passed, at the age of five all children are tested for Spirit Power. If they have it they are automatically enslaved by Kraya, and trained as soldiers, assassins, etc... The odds of a Gifted child, slipping through the tests unnoticed are slim to none, but it can happen.
Currently there is a small rebel force in the province of Rhestena. War is brewing on the horizon, will you fight for freedom. Or join Kraya in their dominance of the world.

rules: The typical stuff applies here. No god-moding no killing off characters without permission that stuff. and you are limited to two characters.

your character(s) can be one of three races. All of the races can wield Spirit (magic basically) though they each use it differently. Even if you aren't with Kraya you can still be a half-god.

gender- female
race- half-god
personality- Strong willed, reckless and competitive. She's sarcastic and insults people a lot, but when she does she usually doesn't mean it. A bit bossy and kind of a know it all, with a really hot temper when someone hurts her friends, but with a good heart and loyal, willing to die for her friends. Extremely rebellious she's also a bit naive.
appearance- silver hair, gold eyes, short around 5,3.
history- Rai is a child of the Storm God. She was enslaved by Kraya when she was tested, and trained as one of Kraya's top warriors. At the time she grew up with a good friend Arce, who she later fell in love with. Three years ago the two attempted to escape from Kraya, Rai got away, however in the process Arce was killed. Recently joined the rebellion.
weapons/spirit power- a pair of twin swords, the ability to manipulate lightning and wind.
side- rebel
other- has a grudge against several high ranking Krayan officers. |

Appearance: (Picture coming soon) Dark brown, wavy hair that reached down alomost to his shoulders and bright gray eyes, flecked with blue. He is tall with a slim, graceful build.
Personality: Witty, hot-tempered, sly, and mischievous. He distances himself from people and rarely lets anyone get close to him. He can seem dark and bitter at times and is good at controlling his emotions. He doesn't like crowds.
Weapons/Spirit Power: Ability to create illusions, a staff that posesses no magical power, and a small dagger.
Side: Neither, at the moment.
History: He...doesn't remember...all he knows is that he was enslaved in Kraya at a young age and has been ever since. |

personality- Sweet, charming, happy
appearance- http://mizud.deviantart.com/art/Fairy-40699752 she can get up to 5'5 if she needed to blend in. No one knows why she is so tall for a fairy, but she can shrink down, she has never done it before where anyone could see her.
history- Can't remember, she has been kept in a house her whole life and has been forced to entertain the lord of the house with her majic.
weapons/Spirit power- Anyone that helps her she can grant one wish, she also has control of anything natural, wind, water, the elements. She can do a few illusions that is all. She has a small dagger. Oh and she can shrink down to the size of your hand if she needs to.
side- Neither as of now |

personality- She is always happy and loves to laugh but occasionally her open-mindedness gets her into trouble, she tends to think without speaking.
appearance- Tall with blonde hair which she keeps in a long plait. She has bright green eyes and fairish skin.
history- She lived a very sheltered life until her village was destroyed and now she is wandering around in the woods trying to find someone to help her.
weapons/Spirit power- A sword which can change into different weapons e.g. whip, bow and arrow, dagger, spear. It has similar properties to a boomerang, it always comes back.
side- Rebel, definitely!
other- Is lookimg for civilisation because at the moment she is lost.

personality- Trust worthy and loyal. He putts others a head of him self. He's very understanding, and many feel they can tell him anything. Though, during battle he is different. He maintains a cold expression for most of the time, but he never fights for himself.

history- His village was destroyed for believing in the half-gods. He's been traveling ever since.
weapons/Spirit power- The katana in the picture. His power revolves around lightning, though he doesn't have the best control over it. He uses it as an aid in battle using "Flash Step" to increase is speed as an example.

other- He developed his powers only after his village was destroyed. He wants to know why. |

She had been wandering around for two days now and she had started to think that maybe there was no point anymore.
Finn stared up at the sky and wondered when she would see an end to these trees. The forest was too dense to see a great distance through and she had already surprised several wild animals because she was quiet and the trees hampered their vision.
The forest was old and the air tasted stale in her mouth. She had run out of water that morning and prayed she would either come across a spring or civilisation.
She sat down by the trunk of a tree and massaged the soles of her feet. Suddenly she heard the snap of a twig behind the tree and she leapt up.
It could be anyone, or anything.

Sena-
Sena hid behind one of the bigger peices of furniture. She didn't want to make the earth form weird shapes for the Lord today, he was in a bad mood, she could tell. And when he was in a bad mood he liked to hit her. She wrapped her wings tight around her arms. She heard teh door open and then the Lord's voice.
"I'm sorry to say I can't find that stupid fairy." He hissed, "The wife has the dinner almost ready though, come on in." She heard two sets of footsteps come into the house.
"Where can he stay until I leave?" A deeper voice said,
"Where I keep Sena, it's a big room." The Lord said, she heard his footsteps heading her way. She shrunk her size and dove into a colorfully painted jar. She heard someone walk in and then the door was shut. She slowly climbed up and peeked over the rim. She saw a guy standing there looking around. He had long dark hair and greyish eyes. She dropped back down to the bottom of the jar when his eyes moved towards where she was hiding. She grunted as she hit the ground hard. Her wing got caught on a cut in the jar. She tugged at it and bit her lip in pain. This wasn't good. |
