Spot~

"I live...up in an old barn with my clan. Follow me." Spot informed Ruki as she led the way back through the forest.

[Tama]

Tama sighed and followed Raitt. "See ya later." She yipped as she hurried past the cats.

"So Raitt, why didn't you take the hawk? Hawk taste so good." Tama laughed once they got back to Raitt's den.

"I'll catch my own food." He grummbled.

"Okay." Tama sighed and layed down right outside the den.

[Raitt]

Raitt paused when Tama lay down in front of the den. He heaved a sigh and circled back toward her.

"Okay, you win. Hawks are good," He dropped his head to look her in the eye, "Really good. In fact, let's go get some more."

Tama~

Tama grinned and stood up. "They are aren't they?" She joked as they padded towards the meadow. It was dusk already once they reached it. A hawk flew over head, Tama lauched herself at it, getting only a mouthful of feathers. She spit them out and looked at Raitt.

"Your turn." She declared.

[Raitt]

Raitt laughed a short barking laugh, "Ha! Watch me nail mine feathermouth!"

He swished his tail, looking around for a hawk. After trotting around for a while, he found one. Taking careful aim, he sank back into his haunches and sprang forward. Luckily, he hit his mark and pinned it to the ground.

"Told you I could catch my own food," he teased.

Tama~

Tama jumped forward and snatched the bird from Raitt, laughing as she did so. Once she had the bird she jumped back and wagged her tail playfully.

"Give it back." Raitt growled, a hint of laughter in his voice.

"Come get it slowpoke." Tama teased and jumped left to right.

[Raitt]

"You asked for it!" Raitt snapped, his ears relaxed but his mouth set in a playful growl. Pounce, retreat, pounce, retreat...

Tongue lolling, Raitt made yet another grab for it, this time coming up with a mouthful of feathers. I took a while, Tama was very evasive, but Raitt eventually managed to get a chunk for himself.

The hawk itself did turn out to be quite tasty, Raitt grinned at the thought. He took a couple more casual gulps, his eyes on Tama as she did the same.

"Dang!" Raitt huffed, laying down in exhaustion, "That was a lot harder than I thought!"

Surleaf

She heard a noise in the grass and dropped to a crouch. She quietly stalked a Prairie Mouse. She was only a tail length away when she pounced and killed it in a instance. She walked back to the camp and dropped the mouse next to some other prey before laying down in a pile of grass. She was going to need to stop hunting soon, because she expected Kits.

Taren

The hawk swooped low over the pair of foxes and landed on a branch a little distance from them. They looked at him, both crouching and ready to pounce, when he spoke, "If you don't mind, fox, I'll have my feathers back now."

Tama grinned, "Oh, you mean the ones I bit off?"

Taren scowled, "Yes, those ones, but you wouldn't have got them if I'd actually considered you a threat."

"Is that so?" the fox asked, exchanging a glance with her companion before the two of them began to stalk forward.

Wow, new users. Thanks guys.

Path

He was just looking for something to eat. Path grumbled to himself, "These youngsters don't have any manners."

There! That rabbit looked nice and plump. He drew himself up, paw by paw... "Path!"

Startled, he whipped around. An apprentice- Twig, he thought- scampered up. "Hello, can I hunt with you?"

Path eyed him sternly. "You just scared off my prey. That means you owe me."

Twig nodded. "Sorry, sir," he said. "I know some good places for mice." Bouncing a little, he took off into the grass.

Tira wondered why Teo couldn't focus.

They strolled laziy through the tall grass and enjoyed the sun on their backs.

"So, where are we going exactly?" asked Teo.

Tira smiled back at him, "The best place there is, nowhere."

Teo grinned and looked down at the ground. "Thanks."

"No problem, anytime." Tira nodded, she had understood what he meant.

Cyla

Tama and the fox strolled away and Cyla turned towards Tage, twitching my tail.

"Up for a mission?" Cyla asked her excitedly. How long it seemed since she'd been out having adventures. Tage nodded. A little wary.

"We're going to stalk them." Cyla led the way skillfully through the undergrowth after them, watching their game of chase and the persuit of the Hawk. The fox, cat and hawk appeared to exchange words and Cyla crept closer, watching as the fox and cat advanced in harmony; a perfect team. The hawk did not take flight straight away but instead sat on the branch, preening his feathers.

Alisa

She felt it again: that sharp, stabbing pain. "Oh... feels like having kits again," she muttered. "Raul, where are you?"

Raul

"Ah, that hurts," he muttered. The healer assured him it was nothing to worry about- only a pulled muscle- but it still hurt like blazes. His mind went back to the scene.

Teo was looking strangely at him, like he'd just grown an extra tail. "I still can't believe you're my brother. I mean, it's great, but..."

"I know," Raul agreed. "We haven't seen each other for years." He suddenly grinned. "Come on, I'll race you to the Stone Tail."

They both settled into a crouch. Teo started the race with, "Ready... steady.. mark!" They flew over the plains, their paws in perfect rhythm.

Raul started to pull ahead. He glanced back over his shoulder. Whump! With a gasp, he stumbled. Pain raced up his spine.

Coming back to the present, he saw Teo bending over him. "Are you all right, brother?" His eyes were wide.

"Yes, I'm fine," he replied with a smile. "Next time I'll look out for rabbit holes." They both laughed.

Surleaf

Surleaf trotted out of camp to look for more prey. She went to the edge of the territory when she heard a noise in the grass. She dropped to a crouch. She went closer and closer, trying to see what made the noise, but when she got very close to the spot the noise came from, she pounced. When she landed, she realized she was on top of a cat. The cat under her yowled and rolled to break free of her grip, and succeeded. The cat turned around to face her attacker before hissing, then realized who it was.

"Surleaf?" Midna asked.

"I'm sorry! I thought you were prey, but when I landed on you I thought you were a cat not from the clan." Surleaf responded. Surleaf began to lick the scratch on her shoulder from Midna.

[Tage]

Tage followed Cyla warily, but she was excited at the idea of stalking them. It was interesting to watch them hunt and play, and she looked to Cyla again for what to do next.

[Raitt]

Raitt and Tama stalked forward, watching the growing look of uncertainty on Taren's face with amusement. Raitt saw him open his wings slightly, as if in preparation for flight. Which is why when he took off, Raitt pounced just as quickly. Pinning him to the ground.

"So, obviously, you still don't consider me a threat. Is that wise," he snarled, opening his jaws around the hawk's neck.

"Raitt!" Tama called, surprised. They had already eaten enough today.

Raitt released him with a short laughing bark, "Got you!"

Tama head butted his shoulder playfully, smiling. Raitt hadn't had so much fun in a long time.
