OK, heres the situation. I am writing a novel called The Immortals as a few of you are familiar with. My evil orc-like-golbin-like people are Kalbarcs. I HATE that name!!!

Any idea what I should call them? I like shortish evil names...

Hunter's Edit: Keep the swearing and the excessive punctuation down, please. ^.^

Hey there. ^_^ I edited your title--please do not use bad words on YWS! Also, caps in titles are annoying, and I also removed the excess punctuation.

You could try looking into other languages. The word for beast in French is bête. (Said "bet") Or you could look up other mythical creatures to get name ideas. Chupacabras are cool. Razz

That's clever, I didn't think of that. Sorry, I didn't realise I was using offensive language. I just thought I would make a catchy title... Now I feel like an idiot.

http://www.behindthename.com/

The largest name site I've ever come across. I'd recommend looking through the name themes. Be sure to check out the Random Name Generator on there, too. They've got a checkbox for "fairy", which is always hilarious. ^_^
