It really depends. While cleaning the (horse) barn, we have to listen to 92.5, soft rock. While riding (horses,) we can only listen to classical. In the car with my mom I listen to older music, and in the car with my brother I listen to more modern music. While writing I listen to piano/soft music. While doing other things I listen to anything. 
Yeah...I just don't like rap or screamo, but there's always exceptions.
