This sticky will be here for a little bit, before being added to the main storybook sticky.

Concerning joining storybooks.

Unless it is stated otherwise, storybooks are constantly looking for members. So unless it is specifically stated otherwise, assume that the storybook is open for all writers.

This in response to all the "Can I join?" questions.

I think he saying, instead of asking to join a storybook, just go ahead and join unless it says there's a specific group the author of the storybook wants to join...
