Indeed it does and so do I. Most likely that wont happen though, I've got so much work to do in the next couple of weeks its obscene. In a month or so, give or take a week, I should be on holidays though...
till then.
Cheers. |

| I love this painting. I've actually already done a couple of drafts of my entry. |

How is one to write a response to a painting? I always find these things confusing. *is confuzzled* Write a story about the painting? Write a story with the painting in it? :S

There's a ton of things you could do. Just a few ideas are:
- Write a story about the man in the rowboat in the forefront
- Describe the picture in poem form
- Write about a wharfman who is glancing at this scene
- Write about the feelings the poem invokes within you
Or you could look at this differently and write a story about how one day you were walking through an art gallery and saw this piece. Or you could go sci-fi, when somewhere centuries hence, this painting appears in some downtrodden shack on a world where sunlight is just a memory. |

I probably should've, but since I didn't say so to begin with, then no. Unfortunately for me and the judges, there is no word limit... |

| I have something in the works, but it will likely be flash, less than 1000. I've got some time though, so I'll look over it a bit before sending it. I really liked this challenge. |
