Monkey, still.

Though I don't have anything personal against dragons, they don't seem to particularly...characterise YWS. Not a fit.

Monkey.

Or an owl, I suppose - but monkey looks as if it has a better chance of making it in the poll. Rolling Eyes

Chuck Norris would just squeeze our heads in between his thighs and take control of everything.

Come on, clearly it should be a monkey. Its like, the symbol of YWS!

Either that or Bob Saget.

And besides, hes too busy protecting the Texas border.

Are we actually going to have a mascot someday, Nate, or was this just a poll to pass the time?

Okay, I voted for monkey, but it has to be a chimp. What's with the dragon, anyway? A dragon can't read or write. Well, neither can a monkey, but that's beside the point. All a dragon has to do is sigh and there goes the next bestseller!

I would like a mascot, but it's not a priority right now. I researched it back in May, and would like to offer a stuff animal version of the mascot in the YWS store, which actually probably won't reopen anyhow. In looking for a stuffed animal, a customized monkey was hard to find and a dragon was nonexistent. So purely because of supply and demand in the overall international market, the mascot would be a monkey.
