I was at school and someone was on the site so I decided to check it out. I don't think they come on any more.

It was you Nate! You enticed me!

You commented on a story of mine on writing.com and then I saw this site in your signature, saying you were the webmaster, and I did join. And it was glorious. The end.

I actually have no idea, wow loosing my memory in my old age... I think it was probably a internet search for writing clubs. But as Jack stated 'And it was glorious. The End.' Very Happy

My very good friend, Yahoo (the search engine) showed me the way to the YWS. I spent hours searching for writing clubs and this was the best of all of them.

I found it just looking for a good writing forum, and found this and loved the site.

I was on writing.com - shortly after my gifted upgraded membership expired - bemoaning the loss of my stories (writing.com had deleted all but my worst stories out of my portfolio) when a link to the 'young writers society' caught my eye. Shrugging, I clicked on it. The end.
