Once upon a time, there was a princess named Mary (Wiggy). She loved to write, read, dance, talk (especially with people!), play sports (especially softball), smile, dance in the rain, and procrastinate. She also was in love with the band Journey, and talked about Gone with the Wind at every available opportunity. She's still waiting for her prince, and someday she's going to speak Russian totally fluently (though she is learning it!).
Basically, she loves life!
And fairy tales are most definitely her reality.

Hi. May I just say I love your signature? And your profile picture is just gorgeous.
And wow, you're learning Russian?
Zdradsvujte. Kak Dyela? (Sorry, I speak a mix of proper and VERY casual almost backwoods Russian, since I learned from both a Belarussian 12-year-old native, and a Serbian 70-year-old lady who took Russian in school and speaks fluently. I'm still not fluent yet, but I'm working on it. My goal is to finish reading Anna Karenina in English, and then read it in the original Russian. That will be the ultimate test of my abilities, lol)
Well, sorry I wrote so much. You just seem really cool.
Good luck on your Russian!

That's great your doing great! We have a whole bunch of snow too (typical of Canada?), in fact I'm in the middle of a bad snow-storm at the moment that's covering most of Southern Ontario and bits of Norther O. too.
That's a cool job, I wouldn't mind working at our local library, but oh well. So far it's all volunteer work, but I do love all the children I'm around ^_^
Speaking of post-secondary, I was accepted to York University last month, so that's excitement. Now i have to get through all the stuff once I accept. And worry money-wise and all that jazz. Although I think I should get enough provincial and federal aid to cover my schooling costs all four years. Hopefully I land a career just before, or soon after, so paying back will be easier.
One more thing before I hitch on out: Have you heard of the Council? From Dreamy or Rob, maybe? Well we have a usergroup now (which I plan to spruce up tomorrow) which I hope you decide to be a part of. My only request is that you be an actively supporting member, which can come in the form of a very wide variety of things. I have big hopes for the Council, we all do. More information on it, including a link to the official site (which is lacking, but, again, is added on to whenever we have time) can be found at this link - http://www.youngwriterssociety.com/topic25783.html. Hope you join ^_~
Hope ta hear from you soon,
-Dan
(EDIT: for some reason the link isn't direct. So just go to the YWS Groups section, under advertisements. The Council usergroup advertisement should be somewhere down the middle of the list ^^;
